Tell us a little about yourself and your journey with UG.
My name is Jessy Mathew, and I am part of the Finance department at UG Sharjah. I perceive myself as an individual filled with gratitude for all that I have received from the Almighty until now. Throughout my tenure at Unique, I have refined qualities of patience, compassion, and understanding. I do consider myself as privileged to have been a part of the Unique Family for the past 27 years.
My personal growth has been significant during my time with UG, and I am thankful to be part of this brilliant team. Initially, joined the company as a youth and have matured alongside the company into an individual with greater experience. Each day, I cherish my time at UG and eagerly anticipate many more years of shared experiences.
I extend my gratitude to Mr. Vipul Gandhi and Mr. Harry Gandhi for welcoming me into the UG Family. Additionally, I am thankful to my brother, Mr. Mathew Antony, for introducing me to UG.
What motivated you to join the company, and what has kept you here for so many years?
My motivation has always been the considerate environment that UG provides to all it’s employees. At this juncture, I consider Unique as my 1st Home.
What is the most memorable achievement or project you’ve been a part of during your time with the company?
I have been supporting Mr. Vipul Gandhi since the inception of my career, making him my mentor and guide throughout my time at UG. A notable accomplishment for me has been the chance to collaborate closely with both Vipul and Harry. Engaging in due diligence, I have had the privilege to handle confidential and sensitive cases, which I regard as one of my most significant achievements.
What do you believe are the key factors that have contributed to the company’s longevity and success?

What advice would you give to new employees or those starting their careers in this company?
I believe and convey to all the new employees who took up new assignments within UG that they should not consider their tasks just as a job; rather, it should be characterized by passion, sincerity, and, of course, hard work.
