The spooling winch has been designed and built to facilitate the controlled rotation of reels of wire, rope or umbilical hose by means of a shaft, supporting the reel acting as an axle.

The equipment has been built with due consideration to the harsh environments encountered in marine and similar applications, suitable protective measure has been incorporated as Unique Group standard.
